After lunching GS12(12W, wall-mounted type), GS18(18W, desktop & wall-mounted type), GS25(25W, desktop & wall-mounted type), and GS40/60(40/60W, desktop type) five series of green adaptors, MEAN WELL further expanded our AC/DC green adaptor line and introduced the GS90 series. The new generation of 90W adaptor comply with the latest Energy Star regulation (version 2.0), US California Energy Code (CEC level V), and EISA 2007 (Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007) of USA. Possessing very low “no load power consumption” (<0.5W) and up to 89% of high efficiency, the whole series are real energy-saving at both standby mode and active mode and fulfill the green trend of the world.

Using the standard IEC320-C14 inlet as the input connector, GS90 series are 90~264VAC full range input desktop switchers with built-in active PFC function. With earth ground pin and enclosed by UL 94V-0 rated plastic case, these Class I units can effectively prevent users from electrical shock. Through the built-in LED indicator, users and easily tell whether the unit is on duty or not. GS90 also passed the LPS (Limited Power Source) test and acquired global safety/EMC certificates per TUV, UL, CUL, CB, BSMI, CE, FCC, and CCC which greatly guarantee the safety and reliability for all different applications such as consumer electronics, communication industry, office / commercial equipment, and industrial devices.
