MEAN WELL added the new 100W enclosed type dual output models into its economical miniature product family NE series. NED-100 series are AC/DC switching power supplies that can provide 100W full output by free air convection. Consisting with the features of other NE series products, NED-100 maintains the optimal design to keep the cost low and comply with global safety certificates per UL60950-1, IEC60950-1(CB) and CE.

NED-100A & NED-100B with higher current rating for the 5V channel (CH1) require certain minimum load for both output channels to keep the output regulation under the specified level. Without the requirement of minimum load, NED-100C & NED-100D possess 12V or 24V main output channel (CH1) and 5V/3A (CH2) for logic control usage.

They are ideal for motor-based machinery such as automation equipment, test equipment, POS system, franking machine, banking machine, printer or plotter and etc.. Other standard features include LED loading indicator, protections for short circuit, overload, and over voltage conditions.
