Following the launch of the NSP-75 / 100 / 150 / 200 / 320 / 500 / 750 series covering 75W to 750W, MEAN WELL now expands the NSP family with the new high-power 1000W model — the NSP-1000 Series. The key highlights of the NSP-1000 include its compact size (L230 x W127 x H41 mm), powerful functionality, multiple industry safety certifications, and a 5-year warranty for outstanding reliability and durability.
Additional features include an ultra-wide operating temperature range of -40 to +85°C (>+60℃ derating) and a low-noise cooling fan (<45 dB), making it suitable for harsh or noise-sensitive environments. The built-in CANBus communication interface supports advanced system monitoring and control requirements.
The NSP-1000 Series also delivers an industry-leading 200% peak power capability, along with ultra-wide programmable output voltage (0–120% of rated voltage) and adjustable output current (0–100% of rated current). Parallel operation is supported for flexible power expansion up to 4000W (3+1 units), helping system designers reduce costs while significantly enhancing design flexibility. In addition, the series features ultra-low leakage current (<350μA) and complies with 2xMOPP medical isolation standards, improving overall system safety. These advantages make the NSP-1000 Series ideal for a wide range of applications, including medical equipment, industrial automation, communication instruments, security and surveillance systems, smart home devices, semiconductor equipment, and renewable energy systems.
