UL WTDP (Witness Test Data Program) and CTDP (Client Test Data Program) are trust-based programs founded on rigorous capability assessments. WTDP allows testing to be conducted under UL witness, while CTDP authorizes qualified laboratories to perform testing and submit test data by themselves, so as to further reducing certification lead time. The CTF program, derived from the IECEE CB Scheme, allows approved manufacturers to conduct IEC-standard testing in their own laboratories, with results directly applicable to CB certifications in multiple countries, significantly improving certification efficiency. Recently, MEAN WELL has obtained CTDP (WTDP) and CTF accreditations from UL and DEKRA, that represents a highly recognition of MEAN WELL's laboratory management, technical expertise, and quality discipline.
