XDR Series: 75W~960W Next Generation 1Ø Input Ultra-Slim Premium Flagship DIN Rail Power Supply

The “high cost-performance XDR-E Series” (75W~960W), launched in April 2025, quickly gained strong market recognition thanks to its excellent cost-performance ratio and comprehensive model coverage. Shortly after release, the series received a large influx of orders, demonstrating strong product competitiveness. It has already been widely adopted in applications such as industrial automation, power infrastructure, renewable energy equipment, network switches, and semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
To address applications requiring higher specifications and more demanding environmental conditions, MEAN WELL has subsequently introduced the “premium flagship XDR Series” (75W-960W). With the launch of the XDR series, together with the XDR-E series, MEAN WELL now offers both premium and cost-optimized product tiers, providing the market with a more comprehensive and diversified selection of power supply solutions.
Compared with the previous generation SDR/NDR/EDR families, which have been on the market for over 10 years, the new generation XDR/XDR-E families offer: more compact size, more complete model lineup, improved specifications, more safety certifications, longer warranty period, etc. Overall, the new series shows significant improvements over the previous generation (see comparison table below for details). The new generation XDR/XDR-E series can directly replace the previous generation products. Customers can flexibly choose between the premium flagship XDR series or the high value XDR-E series based on their specification requirements and application scenarios, achieving high efficiency and optimal cost performance while enhancing overall system competitiveness.
